VÝBĚROVÉ ŘÍZENÍ NA MÍSTO POSTDOKTORANDA
Historický ústav AV ČR vypisuje výběrové řízení na místo postdoktoranda na 12–24 měsíců s nástupem 1. 7. 2019.
Badatelské zaměření v souladu s hlavním profilem výzkumu instituce: dějiny českých zemí, respektive (střední) Evropy od 10. století do 1945 (1948)
Místo není vypisováno na konkrétní vědecké oddělení Historického ústavu.
Požadavky na uchazeče: titul Ph.D., Dr. či jejich ekvivalent, k 30. 6. 2019 maximálně 2 roky po obhájení disertace; pokročilá znalost alespoň jednoho světového jazyka
Podmínka přijetí: Avizované místo je součástí Programu podpory perspektivních lidských zdrojů – postdoktorandů. Výběr uchazečů proběhne ve dvou kolech, nejprve v Historickém ústavu AV ČR, následně na AV ČR. Finální rozhodnutí o přijetí/nepřijetí projektu učiní Akademická rada AV ČR. V obou kolech jsou odbornou komisí posuzovány dodané písemné podklady uchazeče.
Historický ústav AV ČR si vyhrazuje právo uvedené pracovní místo neobsadit.
Přihláška: 1) motivační dopis; 2) strukturovaný životopis (je třeba uvést datum obhájení titulu Ph.D. nebo jeho ekvivalentu); 3) bibliografie publikovaných prací; 4) prostá kopie diplomu nejvyššího dosaženého kvalifikačního stupně; 5) název a charakteristika postdoc projektu s plánovanými výstupy (max. 2 strany); 6) prohlášení o preferované době trvání podpory (12-24 měsíců)
Motivační dopis, strukturovaný životopis i postdoc projekt je nutné dodat v angličtině.

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR THE POST OF A POST-DOCTORAL FELLOW
The Institute of History of the CAS announces a selection procedure for the post of a post-doctoral fellow for 12–24 months starting work on 1 July 2019
Research concentration in accordance with the main research profile of the Institute of History of CAS: History of Czech lands, particularly (Central) European history from the 9th century to 1945 (1948)
The place is not announced for a specific scientific department of the Institute of History.
Requirements for the applicant: a Ph.D. degree, Dr. or their equivalent; as of 30 June 2019, a maximum of 2 years since the defence of the dissertation; advanced knowledge of at least one global language
Condition of acceptance: The advertised position is part of the Programme of support for promising human resources – post-doctoral researchers. The selection of the applicants will take place in two rounds, first at the Institute of History of the CAS, subsequently at the CAS. The final decision on acceptance/non-acceptance in the project is made by the Academy Council of the CAS. The written background materials submitted by the applicant are evaluated by a field commission in both rounds.
The Institute of History of the CAS reserves the right to not fill the announced job posting.
Application: 1) letter of motivation; 2) structured CV (it is necessary to list the date of the defence of the Ph.D. degree or its equivalent); 3) bibliography of published works; 4) a simple copy of the diploma of the highest level of education attained; 5) title and characteristics of the postdoctoral project with the planned outputs (max. 2 pages); 6) statement on the preferred duration of the provision of support (12-24 months)
